Housing Choice Voucher property listings are available in the lobby of our administrative office.
Listings are available to assist Housing Choice Voucher participants that currently have a valid Housing Choice Voucher.
Property owners/managers who are interested in participating in the Section 8 Program can provide the unit information by submitting their information online at www.gosection8.com or by dropping off their information at our administrative office located at 1900 SE 4th Street, Gainesville, FL 32641.
At the time the unit is listed for availability the Gainesville Housing Authority has not inspected the unit for Housing Quality Standards and has no knowledge of the unit condition. Once the Voucher holder submits the Request for Tenancy Approval the initial inspection will occur.
Property owners/managers may submit their listing of an available unit by using the free service offered by www.gosection8.com, which is not affiliated with the Gainesville Housing Authority.
